And I'm gonna bring a weed eater, and a live chicken, and some cool whip..

I really want to paint. I guess that's not weird, I haven't for such a long time and now it's like being art-starved. Where for art thou, paint? That's right, it's in my room, staring pitiously at me from a corner. Darnit.

So today's lunch was kind of interesting. We went out to my uncle's house and grilled brats out on his front porch. The interesting part was that it was done in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. Yep, we ate and dodged dangerously close bolts of lightening. I do not like lightening. There is the massive fear of electrocution. So it rained in buckets just after we finished everything, and we sat on the porch and watched the rain come down. I'm glad it did, though, because the weatherpeople were talking drought, so things we looking kind of bad for my veggie garden. I would have gone out and skipped in it, except for that nasty fear of death thing again.

We were supposed to roto-till again, transplant some of my corn plants and plant some more yellow sweet corn seed, but the weather had a hand in changing our minds. So in about three days I will be clinging to the roto-till machine, screaming as I'm dragged in zigzags taking out my poor little plants. Basically it'll be a massacre. My family intends to sit around with video cameras and submit the results to @merica's funniest h0me videos. They usually threaten to do this, as I tend to do some of the funniest, most bizarre things every day without really meaning to. Poor garden.

Other than that today we went to the store and bought so many canned goods, I'm sure they thought we were stocking up for another y2k incident. Yes people, we are filling up our bunker. We will be taking lots of pineapple, peas, lima beans, green beans, beef stew, three bean salad, pear halves, potatoes, sweet corn seeds and roto-tillers. Yeah.
