Veggie; I'm ready for cooler weather I've been checking in on more vegetarian website, cookbooks, etc etc and so far it sounds great. I've never liked beef, I don't like milk at all, but I think I would seriously keel over in 15 seconds without cheese. So being a vegan is out. Vegetarianism sounds easier to work with and more like what I'm looking for, anyway. If I decide to go vegan after a few years of educated veggie-ism, then so be it. But I'm not going to knock myself out about it. Other than that, still no car. I am going stir crazy. No word on when Mom's car will be done, or how much it will cost. Mom is really getting antsy. Thank goodness the weather has been cooler and sunnier for the past two days. I am so jonesing for Autumn I could throw a fit. I want the leaves to change colors. I want cool weather and that certain smell that comes with fall. I want pumpkins, thoughts of halloween, and the rustling of dried out cornstalks. I miss light jackets, crunching leaves, and apple cinnamon candles lit around the house. I'm impatient. Hurry up fall. |
